OUR SERVICES

We believe in personalized service for each and every client.  Our approach is educational and proactive – we first determine each client’s individual needs, desires and values, and then tailor their plan to best fulfill their dreams.  And all our work is done for a flat fee agreed to with our client before we begin the work – no surprises!

Once we have created your estate plan, you can have us review your plan every three years for no charge to make sure that, as your life, assets, and the law change, your estate plan stays current.  Also in the three-year review we will go over your assets to make sure that all of them are held properly.  We have four annual Family Wealth VIP Membership programs for clients who desire even more ongoing service.  Whether you participate in one of our Family Wealth VIP Membership programs or not, once you are our client we stay in communication with you so that you can become aware of changes in the law and issues that might affect your life and your plan.

In addition to creating estate plans, we advise clients regarding pre- and postnuptial agreements; perform reviews of plans prepared by others and consult with clients to determine if their existing plan is up to date, fully funded, and meets their current needs; and handle all aspects of estate administration after the death of a loved one.  For owners of closely held corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, we can help keep their records up to date so that they have the maximum protection from personal liability that their chosen entity structure can provide.

Our clients benefit from the care we offer the whole family from free estate checkups to basic planning documents for young adult children.  Each one becomes part of our client family and will feel how much we care.

We represent all sorts of people throughout varying stages of their lives –

  • Traditional two-parent and single-parent families who want to provide for and protect their children and themselves;
  • Unmarried couples who are either solidifying their relationship through proper planning or dissolving their relationship with the assistance of caring counsel,
  • Families dealing with the particular challenges of having a child with special needs,
  • People facing or planning for long-term infirmity or the care needs of the elderly;
  • Blended families with varying expectations negotiating the challenges of creating new relationships,
  • High net worth families seeking strategies for minimizing estate and income taxes,
  • Family business owners seeking ways to protect and expand their companies and considering how and when to transition to the next generation of ownership,
  • Estate executors and beneficiaries navigating the court process of probate administration,
  • Family members carrying out the legacy left behind through a trust administration,
  • Executors, trustees and beneficiaries seeking to resolve conflicts, and
  • Families raising whole people.
